Entry form: 2021 controlled fall hunt program for Greater Snow Goose

Cancellation of the 2021 season of the Hunt Program for the Greater Snow Goose

As a result of the COVID-19 situation, the 2021 season of the Controlled Fall Hunt Program is cancelled. This decision was made to ensure the health and safety of participants and employees.

Every year we hold a random draw for a limited number of hunters to participate in our controlled fall hunt for Greater Snow Goose. This hunt takes place at Cap Tourmente Nationale Wildlife Area in Quebec. This page tells you how to enter.

Fill out the PDF entry form (above) for the controlled fall hunt program for the Greater Snow Goose. Mail it to us with your payment. Only one entry form per person will be accepted. If you cannot access the PDF form, send us a letter including:

  • your name
  • your address
  • telephone numbers
  • email address
  • date of birth
  • signature

Send your completed form (or letter) along with your payment to the address below.

Entry form details and restrictions

Following registration and the results of the random draw, you will receive a letter indicating where you placed. All registered applicants will be informed of the draw results before the end of May.

At the end of May, we will begin calling people to choose, based on their rank, the dates on which to hunt. If your preferred date is no longer available, we will ask you to choose from the remaining dates.

It is very important that you inform us of any change of address. Above all, please check that your telephone numbers are correct if you want to be called after the draw.

To improve your chances of being selected during the random draw, make sure all members of your party have registered.
