How to submit an application form

Applications and supporting documentation are to be sent to the Agency by e-mail on or before the closing date of the application period to be considered for funding. The closing date is provided in the announcement inviting applicants to submit a request for funding.

The Agency will notify the designated contact person(s) within 24 hours of receiving the Applicant's application. If you are not notified within this time period, please contact the Agency.

The Agency assumes no responsibility for submissions misdirected or delayed.

Where to send your application

Send your application and supporting documents to the Agency by email at: PFP.PAFP@ceaa-acee.gc.ca.
