Announcement of new diplomatic appointment

The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointment:
Victoria Singmin becomes Ambassador to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, in Jakarta. Ms. Singmin replaces Diedrah Kelly.
