Announcement of new diplomatic appointment

The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointment:

Carmen Sorger becomes Ambassador to the Eastern Republic of Uruguay. Ms. Sorger replaces Isabelle Valois.
