Minister Fraser to announce support for new hydrogen project in Nova Scotia

November 16, 2023 – The Honourable Sean Fraser, Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Communities, will be in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia, to announce the Government of Canada’s support towards a proposed green hydrogen / green ammonia plant in Cape Breton.

As a clean energy supplier of choice, the Government of Canada is investing in Canadian companies that are sustainable developers of natural resources and world leaders in innovative clean energy technologies.
