Minister Joly to make a speech on Canadian diplomacy amidst geopolitical uncertainty

November 1, 2023 - The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs will deliver a speech at the Montreal Council on Foreign Relations Luncheon on Canadian diplomacy amidst geopolitical uncertainty. Following her speech, the Minister will participate in a discussion with Frédéric Ménard, Director of the Political Science Department from the Université de Montréal.
