Minister Hussen to hold press conference to announce funding and a partnership with two Ontario organizations to support people in Iraq

December 19, 2023 - The Honourable Ahmed Hussen, Minister of International Development, will hold a press conference to announce development funding for Training and Workplace Advancement Solutions for Opportunities in the Labour Force (TAWASOL) in Iraq. Minister Hussen will be accompanied by representatives from the World University Service of Canada (WUSC) and the Canadian Leaders in International Consulting (CLIC). Member of Parliament for Windsor-Tecumseh, the Honourable Irek Kusmierczyk, will also participate.
