Announcement of new diplomatic appointment

The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointment:
Leslie Scanlon becomes Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the State of Israel. Ms. Scanlon replaces Lisa Stadelbauer.
