Consultation on Potassium Peroxymonosulfate, Proposed Re evaluation Decision PRVD2017-02

The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on the proposed re-evaluation decision for potassium peroxymonosulfate. Proposed Re-evaluation Decision PRVD2017-02 is a consultation document that summarizes the science evaluation for potassium peroxymonosulfate and presents the reasons for the proposed decision. The PMRA will consider any comments received. A science-based approach will be applied in making a final decision on potassium peroxymonosulfate.

Interested parties are encouraged to provide comments and suggestions by 7 September 2017.

Health Canada will make the results of this consultation available on this website. Once the decision on potassium peroxymonosulfate is finalized, the PMRA will post a Re-evaluation Decision on the Pesticides and Pest Management Reports and Publications portion of Health Canada’s website.
