The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on the Re-evaluation Note for Special Review of Chlorthal-dimethyl: Proposed Decision for Consultation. Re-evaluation Note REV2017-19 is a consultation document. This document outlines the legislative requirements for special reviews as set out in the Pest Control Products Act as well as presents the proposed approach to special reviews.
The PMRA will consider all the comments received before making a final decision on the approach to special reviews.
