WHMIS 2015 - Orientation

The following table is intended to assist suppliers in finding the information they are looking for within the amended  Hazardous Products Act and the new  Hazardous Products Regulations (HPR). It is also useful to know that parts and subparts in the HPR appear in the same order as the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) Purple book, 5th revised edition (i.e. s. 7.2 to 7.16 and s. 8.1 to 8.10 of the HPR correspond respectively to s. 2.2 to 2.16 and s. 3.1 to 3.10 of the GHS.
