The infant formula and human milk fortifiers listed below are part of Health Canada's Transition strategy to prepare for the expiration of Health Canada's interim policy to mitigate infant formula shortages (the Transition Strategy). They are being exceptionally imported and sold in Canada pursuant to Part 2 of the Exemption Order in Respect of Foods for a Special Dietary Purpose.
