List of Human Milk Fortifiers, Infant Formulas and Formulated Liquid Diets for Exceptional Importation and Sale in the Case of a Shortage or Risk of Shortage

The categories of human milk fortifiers, infant formulas and formulated liquid diets set out in this list are eligible for exceptional importation and/or sale in Canada for the purposes of sections 2 and 3 of the Exemption Order in Respect of Foods for a Special Dietary Purpose (the Order). This list is incorporated by reference in the Order. Health Canada maintains and updates this list as required.
