Federal skilled worker class (FSWC)

This section is about processing applications for permanent residence submitted by applicants in the federal skilled worker class (FSWC).
The FSWC is prescribed as a class of people who meet all of the following criteria:
- are skilled workers
- may become permanent residents on the basis of their ability to become economically established in Canada
- intend to reside in a province other than Quebec
