Modernized functional guidance for refugees
This section contains policy, procedures and guidance used by IRCC staff. It is posted on the department’s website as a courtesy to stakeholders.
If you use the manuals and operational bulletins regularly, you will notice that there has been a significant change to the way Refugee Protection guidance now looks. In the long run, finding the right information will be easier and faster.
Transitioning to the new format
Information on refugee programs that used to be found in the PP and OP manuals is now found in a new location. The table below illustrates at a high level where you can find content now.
