Step 1: Complete your application

Read the instruction guide (IMM 5067) before you complete the forms, as the guide will help you complete them.

Use your checklist to make sure you include all the forms and documents you need. Place the checklist on top, as a cover to your application package.

Complete your forms

Step 2: Pay your fees

Your fees will include processing fees for you and anyone you include on your application. You must pay your fees online.

The instruction guide will help you understand which fees apply to you and how to pay them.

We recommend you pay the right of permanent residence fee at the same time as your application fees to avoid delays in your application.

Step 3: Mail your application

After you complete the required forms, make sure to sign and date them. You must also include all your documents and proof that you paid the application fees in your envelope.
