The Water Advisory Tool Kit for First Nations was prepared for those who are responsible for issuing/lifting Water Advisories as well as those assisting in informing community members, the general public, and health officials about tap water issues.

Guide Book - Water Advisory Tool Kit For First Nations
A guide designed to explain how to use the toolkit, the different types of water advisories, the materials, and reordering instructions.
Posters and Print Ads
Posters: When a water advisory is issued, these posters may be posted throughout the community, wherever they may be seen and read. To obtain more water advisory posters (Boil Water, Do Not Use your Tap Water, and/or Your Tap Water is Now Safe to Drink), please contact the Environmental Public Health Division.
Print Ads: When a Water Advisory is issued, these ads are ready for publishing in the local paper and the community newsletter. They may also be distributed as needed.
When a Water Advisory is issued, these hangers can be delivered to each home in the community.
Radio Public Service Announcements
When a Water Advisory is issued, these Public Service Announcements can be broadcast regularly on local community radio for the duration of time that the advisory is in effect.
