March 31, 2026 – CFB Gagetown, Oromocto, New Brunswick - The Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada and Minister responsible for Canada-U.S. Trade, Intergovernmental Affairs, Internal Trade and One Canadian Economy, the Honourable Wayne Long, Secretary of State responsible for the Canada Revenue Agency and Financial Institutions, and David Myles, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Canadian Identity and Culture and Minister responsible for Official Languages and to the Secretary of State (Nature) will highlight investments supporting the Canadian Armed Forces at Canadian Forces Base Gagetown following the Government of Canada’s achievement of the NATO 2% defence spending target.
