CLARINGTON, ONTARIO — Kim Rudd, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Jim Carr, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, will deliver remarks at a groundbreaking ceremony for the Port Granby Project — Canada’s first long-term, low-level radioactive waste management facility.

Parliamentary Secretary Rudd will participate in a media availability following the event.
