MONTREAL — Kim Rudd, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Jim Carr, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, will deliver a keynote address at the opening plenary session of the Electric Vehicle Symposium and Exhibition in Montreal.  

Parliamentary Secretary Rudd will highlight the Government of Canada’s investment in electric vehicles and speak to the future of clean technology.
