Minister Carr to Deliver Address to the Calgary Chamber of Commerce: Market Access in a Carbon-Constrained World

CALGARY — Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, the Honourable Jim Carr, will deliver an update on developments in market access at an event hosted by the Calgary Chamber of Commerce.

Minister Carr’s remarks will be followed by a moderated question-and-answer session.
