Royal Canadian Navy Fleet Weekend in Vancouver
Royal Canadian Navy Fleet Weekend in Vancouver 5-8 May
In order to participate in a Ship Tour, you need to be able to climb stairs and ladders under your own power, stand for moderate amounts of time, and not have a medical condition that would prevent you from participating in touring a ship. The decks (floors) of ships may move, be uneven or have tripping hazards on them.
In order to participate in a rigid inflatable boat (RIB) ride, you need to be able to climb onto an unsteady platform, sit on a rubber pontoon, wear a properly fitting personal flotation device (PFD) and hold on safely. You must not have a medical condition that prevents you from safely participating in riding in a RIB.
