An official Government of Canada delegation will participate in a series of events in Normandy, France from June 3-9, 2019, to mark the 75th anniversary of D-Day and the Battle of Normandy. The delegation will include Veterans, representatives from Indigenous and Veterans organizations, parliamentarians and youth. A contingent of the Canadian Armed Forces including units and branches involved in D-Day and the Battle of Normandy will also participate in ceremonies and events.
