The Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointment: Stéphane Jobin becomes Ambassador to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Permanent Observer to the African Union. Mr. Jobin replaces Antoine Chevrier.
