Minister Miller will be joined by Élisabeth Brière, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, and Raïs Kibonge, Deputy Mayor of Sherbrooke. The ceremony will be presided by Citizenship Judge Rania Sfeir.
