The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) announced that Arvind Singh of Summerside, Prince Edward Island, pleaded guilty and was sentenced on August 11, 2020, in the Summerside Provincial Court, to two counts of tax evasion under the Income Tax Act. He was fined a total of $215,539.
