Good morning afternoon. I am delighted to be here in Seal Cove, and thankful that the Grand Manan Harbour Authority extended an invitation for me to join in today's celebration. It is so rewarding to see the completion of this major harbour development project. It was a lot of hard work, and I know that so many of you folks here had a hand in making it happen.
