A Canadian soldier died on November 21, 2014 of wounds resulting from injuries after an incident yesterday in Garrison Petawawa, Ontario. At the time of the incident, he was on a training program with The Royal Canadian Dragoons and belonged to 2 Service Battalion.

New defence infrastructure is in line with the Canada First Defence Strategy, which sets a detailed road map for the modernization of the Canadian Armed Forces.
