St. John's, Newfoundland ¿ The Honourable Gail Shea, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, today announced the awarding of a $3 million contract to Heddle Marine Service Newfoundland for the second phase of Vessel Life Extension (VLE) and refit work to Canadian Coast Guard vessel CCGS Cygnus. The work will be completed at the Coast Guard base in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.
