The Honourable Jim Flaherty, Minister of Finance, will be the guest speaker at a dinner hosted by the Queen's University Institute of Intergovernmental Relations, today, Thursday, September 28, 2006. The Minister will begin his address at approximately 8:30 p.m.
As part of the conference Fiscal Federalism and the Future of Canada, the Minister will speak on restoring fiscal balance in Canada.
The event will take place at the Vimy Officers' Mess of the CFB Kingston, 1 Princess Royal Avenue in Kingston.
