There will be a media availability with The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence and Minister for the Atlantic Gateway, The Honourable Josée Verner, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, President of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada and Minister for La Francophonie, along with the Chief of the Defence Staff, General Walt Natynczyk at CFB Valcartier. The Ministers and the Chief of the Defence Staff will be meeting with Canadian Forces personnel to thank them for their work as part of Op HESTIA.
