In the fifth paragraph, under Discussion, the next sentences should read:

This is not unexpected given the poor overall vaccine uptake rate in the general population of
< 20% according to CDC data. From the Ontario Ministry data, the overall coverage rate (for all Ontarians) for the 2004-2005 season would be closer to 41%. This would include both the high risk and the general population.
