The Honourable Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, and Conrad Sauvé, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Red Cross, will speak to media following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance collaboration between the two organizations.
