Minister Goodale to deliver keynote remarks on national security

Members of the media are invited to join the Honourable Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, to the Empire Club of Canada in Toronto as he delivers a keynote address on national security entitled “National Security Tools and Architecture for a Changing and Difficult World.”

Following his keynote address, Minister Goodale will take questions from the media.
