Minister Anandasangaree and Secretary of State Sahota to address the growing threat of extortion targeting individuals and businesses

Ottawa, Ontario – Members of the media are invited to join the Honourable Gary Anandasangaree, Minister of Public Safety, and the Honourable Ruby Sahota, Secretary of State for Combatting Crime, for a morning media opportunity and media availability following the summit on combatting extortion targeting individuals and businesses. They will be joined by the Honourable Michael Kerzner, Ontario Solicitor General, along with provincial and municipal leaders, and law enforcement officials.

    Media representatives must arrive 30 minutes in advance of the media availability to sign-in and present photo ID and credentials. Photo ID must be visible at all times.
