Minister Joël Lightbound announces historic investments in Canada’s small craft harbours

The Honourable Joël Lightbound, Minister of Government Transformation, Public Works and Procurement and Quebec Lieutenant, will be in Les Îles de la Madeleine to highlight investments from the Spring Economic Update to Fisheries and Oceans Canada’s Small Craft Harbours Program.
