Release security screening information to another organization

To disclose the status or level of an individual security screening to a company security officer (CSO) or alternate company security officer (ACSO) of another organization registered in Public Services and Procurement Canada’s (PSPC) Contract Security Program (CSP), the Program must receive.

Consent from the individual

The individual must give consent by completing the Consent to release of reliability screening and/or security clearance information form.

Attestation from the security officer receiving the information

The CSO and ACSO must complete the Attestation form for company security officers or alternate company security officers.
