If you contact us using a cell phone or a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) such as Skype and your service provider is located in a different time zone than the one you are calling from, you may hear a message saying that our offices are closed. This is because our telephone system identifies your call as coming from the time zone of your service provider.Individual tax enquiries: Our automated service is available at all times. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9 am to 5 pm (local time).
Business enquiries: Our automated service is available at all times. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9 am to 6 pm (local time).
Benefits enquiries: Our automated service is available all times. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9 am to 5 pm (local time).
Provincial programs for Ontario (PPO): Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:15 am to 5 pm (Eastern time).
Alberta Benefit Enquiries: Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9 am to 5 pm (Mountain time).
Payment arrangements (income tax): Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 7 am to 11 pm (Eastern time).
