Cell phone/VoIP users

If you contact us using a cell phone or a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) such as Skype and your service provider is located in a different time zone than the one you are calling from, you may hear a message saying that our offices are closed. This is because our telephone system identifies your call as coming from the time zone of your service provider.

Our goal is to respond to your call within 2 minutes.

It may be hard to reach us during peak periods. If you get a busy signal, please hang up and try again later.

Individual tax and trust enquiries Our automated service is available at all times. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9 am to 5 pm (local time).
Business enquiries Our automated service is available at all times. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9 am to 6 pm (local time).
Benefit enquiries Our automated service is available at all times. Telephone agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9 am to 5 pm (local time).
