The Canada Revenue Agency helps you to get information about taxes on your own time
Did you know?
Whether you are a newcomer to Canada, a student filing for the first time, or an experienced filer, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has a series of online tax information videos that can help you during tax-filing season and throughout the year.
Many Canadians prefer to get their information online and when it is convenient for them. CRA videos, such as Preparing your income tax and benefit return, are the perfect way to get the help you need. These convenient, accessible, and informative videos are easy tools for getting tax information from the comfort of your home or office.
Some videos are short promotional snapshots of the many credits and benefits available to you. Others are longer instructional videos that you can watch in their entirety or in segments. Each segment includes related links where you can get more detailed information. These interview-style question and answer videos allow the CRA to deliver detailed tax information clearly and effectively to a broad audience.
There are several videos posted and more to come. To be notified when the CRA posts new videos and for other updates for individuals, sign up for the Individuals - Tax information newsletter electronic mailing list (www.cra.gc.ca/lists) or RSS feed (http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/rssfeeds/).
