Amending and cancelling receipts

After filing your information return, you may notice an error when preparing the RRSP contribution receipt. If so, you will have to prepare an amended or cancelled receipt to correct the information.

Amended or cancelled RRSP receipts can only be filed electronically in extensible mark-up language (XML) by Internet file transfer (XML). Paper submissions are not accepted.
