Who can claim the age amount
Generally, you can claim the age amount if you meet all of the following conditions:
- You were 65 years of age or older on December 31, 2025
- Your net income (line 23600 of your return) is less than $105,709

You can claim the age amount if you meet the conditions and your net income is below the threshold.
