Form YT428, Yukon Tax, is used to calculate your Yukon tax.
Form YT432, Yukon First Nations Tax, is used to calculate your federal refundable First Nations abatement and Yukon First Nations tax credit.
Form YT479, Yukon Credits, is used to calculate your refundable credits.
Yukon Tax (YT428)
Tax rates for 2022
- 6.4% on the portion of your taxable income that is $50,197 or less, plus
- 9% on the portion of your taxable income that is more than $50,197 but not more than $100,392, plus
- 10.9% on the portion of your taxable income that is more than $100,392 but not more than $155,625, plus
- 12.8% on the portion of your taxable income that is more than $155,625 but not more than $500,000, plus
- 15% on the portion of your taxable income that is more than $500,000.

- Age amount
- Allowable amount of medical expenses for other dependants
- Amount for an eligible dependant
- Amounts transferred from your spouse or common-law partner
- Basic personal amount
- Business investment tax credit
- Canada employment amount
- Caregiver amount for infirm dependants age 18 or older
- Caregiver amount for infirm children under 18 years of age
- Caregiver amount for spouse or common-law partner, or eligible dependant age 18 or older
- CPP or QPP contributions on self-employment income and other earnings
- CPP or QPP contributions through employment income
- Children's arts amount
- Disability amount for self
- Disability amount transferred from a dependant
- Donations and gifts
- Employment insurance premiums on self-employment and other eligible earnings
- Employment insurance premiums through employment
- Interest paid on your student loans
- Medical expenses for self, spouse or common-law partner, and your dependent children born in 2005 or later
- Pension income amount
- Political contribution tax credit
- Spouse or common-law partner amount
- Territorial foreign tax credit
- Tuition amount transferred from a child or grandchild
- Your tuition, education, and textbook amounts
