The Government of Canada announces measures building on the Oceans Protection Plan to further protect the Southern Resident Killer Whale

Vancouver, British Columbia — The Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport, and Jonathan Wilkinson, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Environment and Climate Change Canada will announce new measures to help in the protection and recovery of the Southern Resident Killer Whale.
