LAC-MÉGANTIC, QUEBEC — The Minister of Transport and Lieutenant of Quebec, Pablo Rodriguez, will make an announcement on the progress of the Lac-Mégantic rail bypass project. The Minister will be accompanied by the Mayor of Lac Mégantic, Ms. Julie Morin.
