The review of the different regulations related to Crown corporations would be driven by a review of the portions of the Financial Administration Act that relate to Crown corporations.

  1. Crown Corporation Corporate Plan, Budget and Summaries Regulations: 2004
  2. Crown Corporation General Regulations, 1995: 2018
  3. Indemnification and Advances Regulations for Directors and Officers of Crown Corporations: Never reviewed as they came into force in 2011

Targeted start for review (year)

To be determined. There are currently no plans in place to review the portions of the Financial Administration Act that relate to Crown corporations.
