Review of regulations to align with legislative review

Narrative

The Access to Information Act requires a legislative review every five years with the first review launched in June 2020. The Access to Information Regulations will be revisited after each legislative review of the Access to Information Act to ensure that they align with any changes that may be made as a result of these legislative reviews.
