The review of these regulations was driven by the need for technical amendments to the regulations to align them with the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act and to be compliant with the Department of Justice Policy on Legislative Bijuralism. This review is associated with the department’s Forward Regulatory Plan: 2021 to 2023.
