Amendment to Treasury Board Appointment Order Audit Committee Member - Richard Smith

The Treasury Board, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 16.21 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby amends Treasury Board Appointment Order 2015-007, by changing the role of Richard Smith of Ottawa, Ontario, from member to member and Chair of the Department of Natural Resources Audit Committee.

The change of role is effective May 19, 2016. Mr. Smith continues to hold office during pleasure and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Appointment for Audit Committee Members for the remainder of the existing term ending May 6, 2019.
