This series of workbooks is designed to empower young Canadians like you to help end gender-based violence (GBV) by helping you learn how to recognize it, take action, and get support for yourself or others.

How can I help end gender-based violence?
GBV is a serious issue that affects everyone, everywhere in Canada — including young people.
As a young person, you have an important role to play in ending GBV. From calling GBV out when you see it to supporting victims and survivors, there are countless ways you can use your voice to create a safer Canada for everyone.
The intersectional and inclusive workbooks below cover key topics related to GBV in an interactive and action-oriented way. They include information and activities to:
- help you build skills in many topics related to GBV
- explain your rights as a young person and the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships
- give advice on helping yourself or others subjected to GBV
- provide tips on being a supportive ally.
